Judith Carr, a teacher of languages and a pianist as well as an artist, has her home and studio in Santa Monica Canyon. Her art can be found in more than 50 private and public collections worldwide. She is affiliated with the Pacific Palisades Art Association, the Malibu Art Association and Women Painters West.

Ms. Carr's work reflects her reverence for growing things and the magic of natural phenomena. Her abstract paintings boldly depict nature at her wildest and most exciting -- a feast of color.
